Victory at Sea delivers personal tales of strength and determination by combining the brutal naval combat of World War II with sandbox elements that gift you the power to craft your own narrative. Do you take the chance to disrupt an enemy trade route, or do you stay back to defend one of your ports? Every decision you make could be the key to winning or losing the war.
Victory at Sea also offers the opportunity to experience some of the indefinably visceral battles of World War II seas, such as the Battle of the Denmark Strait with more historical missions to come.
Innovative and engaging controls and gameplay allow you to control an individual ship while having the rest of your fleet act on your command. Set one ship’s battle stance to offensive while you play as another and flank the enemy? Set one ship’s battle stance to defensive while you play as another and defend an ally? As always in Victory at Sea, the choice is yours.
Based on Mongoose Publishing’s table-top game of the same name, Victory at Sea provides an unprecedented level of authenticity with over 80 intricately detailed warships and submarines. Real World War II speeches can also be discovered and heard through exploration and warfare. Exemplary service is rewarded with ranks and medals which represent progress and achievement.
